All proceeds and donations from DreamStream V2 will support the entertainment industry, which has been one of the hardest hit by the coronavirus pandemic.

What makes this different to other online events is the coming together of legendary DJs, as part of SAFE - South African Fund 4 Entertainment , an industry-wide NPO set up to raise dedicated relief funds for our country’s entertainment, events and festival community.

In our survey of 220 companies in the events industry, we discovered that 10,000 jobs are at risk, with most companies risking closure within only two months under nation-wide lockdown. And, with no events in the pipeline for the foreseeable future, our industry – one of the world’s best, with all of your favourite events, festivals, bars and clubs – runs the risk of never recovering. This event can make a very real difference to many lives. At the same time, it can make history. So, please join the DreamStream and let’s #SaveOurScene.

In partnership with Pick 'n Pay Feed The Nation, funds from this event will be used to feed those in need.
